Among the key players of the domestic dairy products and ice cream market, the Agro-Bravo limited liability company operating in Samarkand holds a stable position.
In 2006, when the enterprise began its journey into big business, only 300 liters of milk were processed here per day, and the production staff consisted of just 10 people.
The enterprise's modern capacities are designed to process up to 100 tons of milk per day, which makes it possible to provide stable work for about 200 people. Today, Agro-bravo LLC supplies more than 100 names of milk, fermented milk products, hard cheeses and ice cream to all regions of the country.
- The main vector of the enterprise's development from the first days of its founding was defined as modernization, the introduction of the most advanced technologies for processing milk, - says the head of Agro-Bravo LLC, Alisher Rakhmatov. - Such an economic policy remains a priority direction of our development today as well. Without investments in the modernization of the production cycle, it is impossible to withstand fierce competition in the domestic dairy products market.
In recent years, at the expense of own funds and credit resources of commercial banks, lines for the production and packaging of powdered and condensed milk, equipment for the production of new types of ice cream were acquired. In 2017, a modern, fully automated milk processing line worth more than one million US dollars was installed at the enterprise, which ensured a further increase in the quality of the produced products and the creation of new jobs. It is worth noting that since its founding, more than 10 million US dollars have been invested in the technological re-equipment of the enterprise.
- In modern conditions, an important place in ensuring the competitiveness of any goods is occupied by measures to control the quality of finished products, - A. Rakhmatov continued. - For this purpose, the founders of the enterprise allocated substantial funds for the creation of a testing laboratory equipped with modern technologies, where regular monitoring of both raw materials and samples of finished products is carried out. Thanks to these measures, the goods of Samarkand producers of dairy products and ice cream have appropriate certificates and meet the requirements of national and international quality standards. Such parameters made it possible, starting from 2017, to begin the export of finished products to a number of states bordering Uzbekistan.
Statistics indicate that the global ice cream market is growing on average by 4-5% per year, and the annual turnover of this segment is about 60-80 billion dollars. A growth dynamic in ice cream production is also noted in Uzbekistan. Despite this, the development potential of producers is not yet exhausted, but in order to withstand competition it is important to find one's own line of product promotion. To this end, the technologists of Agro-bravo LLC annually develop and introduce into production several new types of this treat. Today, up to 50 names of the product are offered to consumers.
Special attention at Agro-bravo LLC is paid to the localization of the production cycle. For example, the main types of packaging for finished products are produced at the enterprise's base. Another project in this direction was the creation of its own farm, where highly productive cows of dairy breeds will be kept.
A substantial part of the profit is directed to the social support of the enterprise's staff. Workers and employees are provided with company transport, free lunches, and a staff qualification improvement program is being implemented.
